Brief Answer:
Diabetes Mellitus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your query and your attached report.

You have normal thyroid test results and high fasting and postprandial blood sugar.
If you are not diabetic i suggest to repeat fasting and 2h after meal blood sugar ,to confirm the diagnosis. After the diagnosis you must start a diabetic diet, physical activities and (considering your blood sugar results) even the treatement mono or double therapy for diabetes.

If your know that you have Diabetes Mellitus,i want to underline that you should talk with your treating endocrinologist to modify the actual tretement of Diabetes.

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you all the best.

Thanks a Lot Mam for your Reply.

Can you please Suggest for Medication for Thyroid as of now she is taking Thyroxine 75 mg daily and as per the early report also her Thyroid was normal.

Further for Diabetes she is having physical Work out; does she has to take medicine for Diabetes or the physical workout will help her controlling Diabetes.

Further Sorry as I was unable to Understand the phrase "the treatment mono or double therapy for diabetes" Is there any Specific in it.

Brief Answer:
No need to modify the dosis of Thyroxine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
when the patient take levothyroxine it is necessary to do only TSH test.
She has normal TSH value. This means that it is not neccesary to change the dosis of thyroid hormone replacement therapy(thyroxine)

About the diabetes it is recommended to start with diabetes diet and more physical activities for 2 weeks. If the blood sugar results are high even with diet and exercises,it is necessary to start one or two diabetes medicines(mono or double therapy).

I suggets to tal with her local doctor about the most appropriate therapy for her.
Hope i have answered to all your questions.
Take care.
