Question: Sir
Recently my WBC Level increasing rapidly and NE % decreasing . Presently wbc showing approx. 79000 and NE % 8.
RBC, HGB AND PLT normal . As per your previous advice it will increase but treatment is wait and watch.Clinically I am ok but some times feeling throat pain. As per dr glands are ok .My queries any treatment required immediately ? or When I will worried. UP to what level of WBC I will wait.

WBC count is never a criteria for treatment. If there is no fever, significant weight loss, anemia, low platelets, etc then there's no need for treatment.

As your doc has already checked all of these and found none, there's no reason to worry. There's no indication for treatment at present.

Is there any medicine for increase NE ? Because due to low NE I am worried.

nothing required for neutrophil

Detailed Answer:
Neutrophil percentage is going down because of rise in lymphocytes. Absolute numbers are OK.

Hence no treatment to increase neutrophils is required.
