Sir, because of wrong diagnosis- without having decease of arthiritis using sazo500 and flit100 & other arthiritis tablets can trigger the decease ..
Brief Answer:
The medicines can have side effects but would not trigger the disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Vinnitomohan,
Thanks for the query .I understand your concern.
Sazo 500mg is an anti inflammatory drug..given to relieve inflammation&pain in joints.
Flit 100 mg is a pain relieving medicine
Both the medicines if taken for few days...after eating(not on empty stomach) in prescribed dosage may be tolerated well& excreted out unused in absence of symptoms.
But over dose or longer intake can cause digestive side effects.(nausea, vomitting, bloating, liver problems)..which need to be checked for by a doctor. But unnecessary intake would not trigger the disease.
**I would suggest to stop the medicines if you have no complaints.
Get a through physical check up &i nvestigations by a Rheumatologist to exclude or confirm arthritis...and need of medications.
I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

Hi Vinnitomohan,
Thanks for the follow up query.
HCQS 200 is specific medicine to slow down the disease process in arthritis...also it gives relief from pain&swelling.
You are on steroids with 10 days gap also.
Both the medicines are best controllar of arthritis progress&symptoms. Only for steroids you should have a regular check with expert
As you do not show any pain, inflammation &swelling of joints at present(mostly controlled by medication)...& you had them in begining, I can say....yes,probably it's the arthritis only.
The loss of weight is in a way good for managing arthritis..it can also be side effect of HCQS 200(loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal pain).but it should not be accompanied by weakness, tingling .So if you have above mentioned side effects of HCQS...please contact your treating doctor for proper accompaniments or adjusting dosage.
Getting blood counts (specially Hb & B12levels)done would point to need of supplimenting the vitamins, iron etc.
Colour of skin change could be side effect of medicines or could be skin manifestation of disease itself.
Finally I would insist reveiw of health under expert care of a Rheumatologist.
I hope that satisfied you.
Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
