Hello,
In most cases epididymitis is confined to spermatic cord and will not affect other parts of the body.
In rare cases like in tuberculosis, epididymitis can affect adjacent organs like prostate.
In most cases it will respond well to antibiotics.

Trauma does not cause testicular cancer.
Varicocele can be corrected surgically. It may cause infertility. You have to confirm the diagnosis first by ultrasound.
