Brief Answer:
Topical steroid, moisturising lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturising lotion in the ratio of 1:3 on the dark areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will lighten your pigmentation.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Madam,
I am already using clobetasol propionate and neomycin ointment as mentioned in last reply.
Now shall I change it to tenovate cream with cetaphil as said now.
I have used Taximo O 200 mg but it reacted, Dolo 650mg, Razo 20 mg but changed to Ciplox 500mg and T. Cetrizine 10 mg.
Please advise further, shall I change to tenovate etc as u said now.
Please reply.
