Brief Answer:
Does not cause much problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It can be mildest form of epididymorchitis( inflammation of testes or cord) or a musculoskeletal pain. Physical exertion can cause spasm of your groin muscle which can radiate to scrotum and testes.
In severe form of epididymitis there will be extreme pain and tenderness, in your case it seems like very mild. In mild cases there won’t be any problem or spread of infection to other parts. Avoid unwanted anxiety.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
You can go for an ultrasound scan for further evaluation.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Chronic epididymitis is a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Chronic epididymitis is a possibility. Varicocele can also cause similar symptoms.
You can go for an ultrasound scrotum for further assessment.
Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.
It doesn’t seems like a major problem. Avoid unwanted anxiety.
