kindly opine on the prognosis for 16 yr f having multiple Exostosis with Genu valgum.She has been operated for the same in 21016.
suggest the other complications she may have

Usually upto 16-18 years growth takes place and these bony swellings or exostosis have chance to increase in size, break due to trauma, press on nearby structures and cause pain or become a cancerous tumour.

After bone growth stops at this age range then it stops growing and less chance of cancerous growth.

At this point she just needs to be monitored for any increase in size of swellings or pain because recurrence can occur in some cases.
