Sir My Age 23 Year I Am Suffering From Long

High fiber diet. water and life style changes...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
At the outset, the symptoms you described are not highly specific to a medical condition. Nevertheless, I will suggest to consider dietary and life style changes as the first step of treatment. Take lots of fibers in your diet. Vegetables and fruits are rich in fibers. Drink lots of water. Both these changes will make stool bulkier; you will notice the difference then.
Morever straining while passing constipated stool increase chances of fissure and hemorrhoids. The swelling in the anus could be related to the same.
I do not understand pain over forehead and hind head. Can you rephrase.
In addition to these, you should also check thyroid function test, it if hasn't be done earlier.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Needs changes as a whole...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I understand you have issues with constipation, flatulus and headache. Before you make a complete change over, I will suggest that you get thyroid function test (TSH, T3 and T4) and blood sugar checked; preferably get the test done early morning in the fasting state. Hypothyroidism is known to cause chronic constipation and slow bowel movements.
If the two tests are normal, then you need to consider dietary changes as a whole and not individual meals. Prefer to take whole grain cereals like high fiber oats instead of refined products (maida). You can include fish and other non vegetarian food. Restrict aerated drinks and beverages including coffee/tea. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water every day - start from a glass of water as you wake up.
Besides these changes you should also include physical exercise - jogging, cycling, threadmill. Preferably consider exercise in the morning.
You may take the probiotics (yakult / entergermina) for a few days (3-4 days). Thereafter consider curd / buttermilk or yogurt in your meal - they are natural probiotic.
Try these changes for a month or two. If you don't see an improvement, consider visiting a gastroenterologist.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
