Brief Answer:
No cancer or graves. It is Hashimoto's thyroid disorder

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, it's autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis. It is the most common cause of hypothyroidism. Nothing to worry. Antibody suggests autoimmune profile. We don't treat them or chase them.

Symptoms of pain will be there as the thyroid is undertreated. Supplements of calcium and B-12 and vitamin D needs to be given.

Regards!
