Sir , Please Opine On ECG
Question: Sir , please opine on ECG
Brief Answer:
Its Early repolarisation pattern
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm. There is right axis deviation. However there are Q waves in inferolateral leads which are likely physiological and ST elevation in Inferolateral leads likely related to Early repolarisation pattern. So all these changes are probably physiological and benign, however possibility of structural heart disease should be ruled out with echo.
So there are minor changes in the Ecg which may be a normal variant or age related changes, but possibility of structural heart disease should be ruled out with echo. So this is an intermediate ECG.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
