I went through the pictures. The images / lesions are not clear. Nevertheless I don't see any ulcerative lesions. Are you worried about the darkening around the eyes / lips. If yes, did you have any skin issues at that site before the darkening developed?

NO SIR, I HAVE NO SKIN ISSUE BUT NOW SOME CUTS ARE THERE NEAR MY EYES AND LIPS

I wasn't able to notice any cuts, it was masked under the cosmetics. If there were no skin issues at this spot before the cuts appeared, then I will only suggest you to use vitamin b complex and vitamin c supplements. Sometimes nutritional deficiency can cause such issues. Try Tab Zincovit once daily for 3 weeks.
