Brief Answer:
Your HIV transmission risk is negligible only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
Thanks for posting your query.

First of all, there is every chance for your sex partner could be a HIV negative individual.
Lip kissing, nipple sucking or biting are practically harmless activities as far as HIV transmission is concerned.

During rubbing her external genitals with fingers and if you would have touched little her secretions the we can not rule out totally the HIV risk. Your finger would likely have a microscopical abrasion.

But even then your risk is negligible only as per CDC, XXXXXXX

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
PEP will abort your negligible risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I was referring microscopical abrasion which usually we would not be aware.
Virus are smallest living particles in the world far lesser than a bacteria. Even without obvious blood stain in your finger, secretions could carry virus if that individual was infected with HIV. Hanging tissue around nails definitely a portal for HIV. Burning sensation over finger indicated a breach in the skin. You had nail biting habit also.
But fortunately you started PEP within 24 hours.
Definitely that could abort even if there was a negligible risk of entry of virus. Complete the PEP for 28 days. It can be started second time also and will be effective.
