Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concerns for your health and I would like to tell you that it depends upon several factors like
1. Your overall fitness
2. Other associated medical issues like diabetes etc
3. Your regular follow ups with your doctor and taking medications as prescribed on time
4. Your lifestyle
5. Smoking habits

At your age group patients with an ejection fraction of 40% do quite well if they maintain healthy lifestyle and stick with the medications as prescribed.

Is there any history of MYocardial infraction (heart attack). If yes then how long back and any coronary artery stenting was then that time ?

Kind Regards
