Question: So after a basketball league game the next day my back was sore but legs were ok. The next day while walking my calf would get a burning sensation and my feet would go numb and visually lose circulation (white and cold). The pain would further extend to the back of my leg right above the knee. It goes away if I rest briefly, but can only stay on my feet a short amount of time before I feel the pain and numbness reappear.

Brief Answer:
Pain medication + evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this point the sudden pain in the back as well as lower limbs could be related to sport injury in the back with nerve pinching. However it's difficult to rule out vascular conditions without physical examination and doppler study.

I will suggest you try over the counter pain medication and bed rest. If the pain persists / worsen, I will urge you visit a doctor. I would order an MRI scan of the back along with doppler study of lower limb (left leg).

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
