So I Am A 39 Soon To Be 40 Year
Question: So i am a 39 soon to be 40 year old woman. My menstrual cycle was off last month, I got my period 2 times in 1 month---not sure if and when I will get it this month. But i do feel all the symptoms, I have what feels to be a cyst right above my right breast it is very very sore like tender to the touch----- is there any home or over the counter remedy to ease the pain? I do normally get tender breasts around my period but this one really hurts

Other possibilities are - due to a cyst or benign swelling like fibroma or a local infection. In case the area is red and is tender to touch then an infection is likely. You can do a hot compress and start with mild pain killer like Ibuprofen after meals.
In case the pain is persistent then stronger pain killers and oral antibiotics may be needed after a direct examination.
