So It Felt Like My Left (your Right) Testicle Was

Question: So it felt like my left (your right) testicle was clinging a little tighter to my body than the right one and messing around with them I felt what appears to be a small painless lump on both testicles near the top outside of each. Almost feels like a little testicle attached to the actual one. Like the size of a small bean or something. Is this what they call the epidydimis? Like I said it doesnt hurt at all, but I never really noticed it before. Is it normal? Also, is it normal for the testicles to be somewhat sensitive. Like if I gently to moderately slap my scrotum and they feel a little tender (not badly) thats normal too right? Thank you...

Brief Answer:
may be spermatocele. kindly confirm with doppler ultasound.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history it may be spermatocele or spermatic cyst.

Please let me know do you have history of injury, strain, heavy weight lifting, fever, penile discharge?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do doppler ultrasound after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion. In that case you may require surgical removal of cyst after consultation.

Till then in case of pain you can take tab. acetaminophen 500 mg every 8 hourly. Use scrotal support. Avoid heavy weight lifting or strenuous activity.

Please let me know I can assist you further.

Dr. Shyam Kale

No, no history of any of that. And no pain whatsoever. I workout, but dont lift too much heavy weights. Healthy as an ox my whole life. Only thing I can say is I masturbate 1 to 2 times a day or every other day since I was 11. Now 32. Could that cause something like that?
