Hi XXXXXXX
Your query has a lot of slang is not understood clearly. That is why no one picked your question for an hour. I have few questions.
What is your age and gender?
Can you tell what do you mean by nuts? What are blue balls? Can you describe more about the lump in the sack? Is it soft or hard? Is it moving or fixed? Is it increasing in size
Can you please take a picture and upload it here?
Were you hurt?
Please reply to my questions one by one or against each one. It helps to understand the problem better.
