I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be due to intestinal infections.
Please let me know do you have blood in stool, fever, nausea, constipation, weight loss?
To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do complete hemogram, stool examination after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.
Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg and tab. dicyclomine 20 mg twice a day. Kindly increase fruits, vegetables and high fiber diet like whole grains, beans. Keep you self hydrated.
You may require antibiotics tablet metronidazole 400 mg and tab. Albendazole 400 mg after consultation. Still In case of not getting relief, you may require Colonoscopy and computed tomography abdomen after gastroenterologist opinion.

Actually I dont have pain inside stomach but some sot of bubling sensation (like blockage) on the same portion ( right side of upper tummy) from past many days and stool seems very narrow from many days.
Is it beacuse of my diet change( I am staying out of country from 3 month) or any other serious health issues?
I used to lie on bed in a slanting position while Browsing on phone.Is it because of that?
