It seems that you are experiencing fatigue on exertion. I will suggest some basic blood tests like complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test, kidney function test, serum electrolytes, fasting blood sugar. If these test are already done recently then please upload the reports. Also let me details of symptoms like duration, etc. Any past medical history? Are you taking any medicine?

Thanks for the suggestions. I don’t have any medical history. I am not taking any medicine. I feel this maximum when I am at office or at home alone. Still I will get all the testing done and will submit the reports. Thanks
