                                            Seems like gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you have described, suggestive of dyspeptic symptoms due to excessive acid secretion and there is an element of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) also.
As a first line management, you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. Better to take in the empty stomach one hour before breakfast.
Also take Sucralfate syrup two teaspoons twice a day. It helps to reduce gastric secretion and provide relief.
Avoid hot and spicy foods and include more fiber-rich foods in your diet.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and go for an upper GI endoscopy.
Wishing you good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
