Sometimes My Right Testicle Feels Out Of Place Until I

My questions are:
1 - Is this normal or does it sound like Bell Clapper Deformity?
2 - From twisting it, could I have a testicular torsion? I don’t have any pain. It feels like it’s in the correct vertical position.
3 - Coincidentally, about a month ago I had a testicular ultrasound, because I was worried about one testicle being a lot larger than the other. The ultrasound came back normal. Would it have noticed Bell Clapper Deformity?
4 – My girlfriend is coming over for the weekend. Do I need to worry about this when being physically intimate with her?

It sounds like Bell clapper
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
What you describe certainly sounds like Bell Clapper. It would not necessarily show on ultrasound. It increases the risk of torsion, but if you do not feel any pain now, you do not have torsion. If it becomes a recurrent problem with the pain, you could have a minor surgical procedure performed to fixate the testicle in your scrotum. There is no problem on being intimate with your girlfriend.
Best wishes. Please let me know if you have further questions.

1 - Is there any way to know if the testicle is now in the right place rather than either backwards or upside down? When I turned it back to vertical this morning, I wasn't sure which way to turn it. Also, it feels like there is a small cord towards the front bottom of the testicle at times although I thought that was supposed to be in the back. However, I think that has always been more towards the front.
2- If the testicle was upside down or backwards when the ultrasound was taken, would it have shown then? I'm asking because I think the cord was in the same spot then.
3 - I'm kind of afraid to go back to sleep because I'm afraid it's going to turn sideways and I might accidentally turn it the wrong way. What should I do? I would like to see a urologist but I doubt I could be seen before May because in my area, non-urgent medical appointments are being done virtually. Thank you for your help.

Hi again,
1: To know the exact position would require an ultrasound scan or physical examination of an experienced doctor. Further, the exact location is of little importance, because if it is not in a "right" position, you will know as it will be painful. So if there is no pain, there is no problem.
2: As per my answer above, it might have shown on ultrasound, but know that an ultrasound scan only provides real-time images of a few seconds, and the testicle can move around all the time.
3: There is nothing else to do, but to take it as it comes. However, if the testicle turns in any which direction that seems unnatural to you, just leave it, as long as it doesn't hurt. If it hurts, see your GP or a urologist urgently.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

I also feel something at the bottom that is a lot thinner (maybe 1 mm). I don't know if that's the tail end of the epididymis or a vein or something else. I hope that if any of this was abnormal, it would have shown in the ultrasound 2 months ago unless this just developed now. Does any of this sound abnormal?

Could be a spermatocele

Hi again XXXXXXX
You are not bothering me at all - but I am sorry for the delayed reply.
What you describe sounds like epididimal cysts or a spermatocele. Completely harmless. If it was cancerous it would have shown on the ultrasound. If they do not bother you, then nothing needs to be done.
Please let me know if your have further questions.

Is it extremely unlikely that I developed a very tiny cancerous growth after my January 30th ultrasound (or that it was too tiny to show up on the ultrasound)? It does still feel small (about the height of a pea and half the thinness of one). And it still doesn’t sound like a testicular torsion?
I also wonder if all of this is normal and I’m just anxiously messing around with and monitoring everything in the area. I partly want to go back to my doctor to have it looked at but I don’t think doctors are scheduling in-person visits until at least next month because of covid 19 except for urgent appointments. (And I’d worry about catching covid 19 if I went to a doctor’s office). I appreciate your feedback.

Cancer extremely unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
It is extremely unlikely (borderline impossible) to develop a cancer in the time period you describe. It sounds like an epididymal cyst or possibly a minor torsion of the testicular appendix. Both completely benign conditions, that could have developed since your last ultrasound. They can also be diagnosed on ultrasound, but if you can cope with the pain on OTC pain killers, just wait it out til the covid-19 crisis is over.
