Question: Sore throat, entire mouth sore inside, there is some type of film on inside of cheeks and gums. I see no white patches. It is very sore.

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to sore throat. Kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Please let me know do you have fever, cold, cough with phlegm, acidity?

For mouth sore, you can apply choline salicylate (zytee) gel locally, tablet multivitamin. For sore throat do saline or Betadine gargles.

In case of fever, you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg and you may require antibiotics like tablet Azithromycin, complete hemogram after physician opinion.

Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take light diet. Avoid smoking if you have it.
