Question: Speech is impaired. Some sentences are normal; some are gibberish. He had a stroke three years ago and has had one such occurrence which was diagnosed as a mini-seizure and has since taken Levetiracetam - two 250mg tablets a day. Late yesterday evening he started experiencing the same thing.
