Question: Started feeling discomfort and numbness on right testicle and the nerves around it. I also have chronic back pain which could also be the issue. What do I need to do to find what causes the issue?

Brief Answer:
Urinalysis and ultrasound recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi Lambros,
I can understand your concerns...

Testicular pain certainly can be back pain radiating to the testicle.

One way to distinguish between the two is to have an ultrasound of your testicles and a urinalysis for infection.

Do you feel pain in your groin area and or back on the same side as the back pain?
This would suggest radiating back pain rather than isolated testicular pain.

Looking forward to hearing from you...

Regards
