Brief Answer:
May be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history it may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.

Please let me know do you have history of injury, sprain, leg swelling, long standing activities?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI neck with whole spine screening, Doppler ultrasound of both legs with nerve conduction study after detailed medical examination and neurologist's opinion.

Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg every 8 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads. Avoid strenuous and long standing activity.

You may require tablet Pregabalin 75 mg and tablet nortriptyline 10 mg after neurologist's consultation.

Try to loose weight if overweight. Keep your self hydrated.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I have gone through it.

Usually Vit. D level 24.7 is within normal range. If possible, kindly attach reports.

Please let me know symptoms described by you, were started after tab. Gabapentin. If yes, I would suggest you to stop after consultation. For itching he can take tab. loratidine 10 mg once a day and apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

For anxiety, he may require short course of tab. clonazepam after consultation.

Kindly do MRI neck and nerve conduction study as advised and follow up.

Let me know I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
