Stomach Pain, Abdominal Pain During Urination, Bowel Movements, Recurring Condition. Causes For Abdominal Pain?

Question: when my 6 yr old daughter pees or poops she says her stomach hurts. I asked her to point where it hurts and she points to her lower abdomen about 3-4 inches below her belly button. She states it only hurts while she is urinating and having a bowel movement. she states it hurts a little bit the first time and then if she goes again it hurts even worse the second time. Then there is little pain through out the day.
Hi and thanks for the query
Lower abdominal pain especiatlly during defecation or an urination could point to either - Cystitis ie bladder infection where in there will be increased frequency of micturition along with pain and can be diagnosed by an urine routine and culture examinations.
2) Colitis ie inflammation in colon which could be infective or inflammatory. Here there is usually loose stools with or without mucus/& blood in the stools. This can be diagnosed with a stool examination done on three consqutive days
Rarely passage of hard stools may cause a fissure and a painful defecation
