Antispasmodic like Dicyclomine or Hyoscine.
Send samples of blood, stool and urine and have Ultrasonography of abdomen to know the present status of kidney stones and ovarian cyst and also to know about the possible swelling of intestines, appendicitis and so on.

I first thought was stone but then the flank pain went away and I had my droid so chalked it up to a painful cycle - they been off last few months -
Just turned 40 Monday - I suffer migraines was at dr for shot for relief due to hormonal migraine then that same day this started. BM is watery and does smell metallic but my mouth tastes like ..BM - I am trying to decide on hospital for cpl tests but always assume could be worse and tend to wait. Family history of gallbladder issues and diverticulosis
I HAVE bladder IC- and have had history of stones and cysts but usually doesn’t feel this way or the belly button pain so bad

Hence get the stool, blood and urine tests so that you can get a prescription based proper antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics to overcome the problems asap.
Also take the symptomatic treatment as mentioned above.
It is fine is the nose piercing is without infection.
Take plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solutions to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
