Your blood picture is normal except for reactive thrombocytosis.
That means your platelet count is higher due to the recent
infection. That will become normal once the infection clears.
Alkaline stool is also normal, Acidity or alkalinity of stool
depends on the kinds of food we eat .
I see you were treated with antibiotics.
If you start having any diarrhea after a few days and persists,
then you need to be tested for C.Difficile toxins in your stool.
Some people will develop this condition and requires therapy.
I don't think you have to worry.
