Stress, Anxiety And Panic Attacks Causes Liquid Flowing Sensations Above
Question: Stress, anxiety and panic attacks causes liquid flowing sensations above and around penis, prostate and scrotum area. It happens randomly and causes severe stress, worry, doubt and depression. Is the liquid flowing sensation blood, urine or something else? Please explain in detail why and how this happens. I m severe ocd and repelled by sementic fluid flowing sensation of any kind. Please help and calm me down. Thanks

You have wrongly mentioned your gender to be female when all the problem that you are facing are related to male only .
The problem that you are facing is due to sympathetic over activity caused by basic issue of Psychological Stress .This leads to excessive secretions of mucus by mucus secreting glands located in Bulbar part of the urethra and is natural and normal at this age .
You need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for assessment and further treatment .

I m on strong anti androgens since 4 years so how can it be mucus in bulbar? Cyproterone acetate dries all male accessory glands. Thanks
