Strong PMS Symptoms Before Periods, Very Little Clots. Had Viral Throat Infection. What Is Wrong?
So from what you are stating, you had cycles:
6/1-5
6/21-26
7/25-28
Before the second period listed, which appears to have come early, you suffered from an illness for which you were seen at the hospital - I hope that I have this correct.
Well, I don't think that anything is "wrong" with you. It may be that the illness affected when you ovulated, or it may be that there was irregularity in terms of ovulation even before the 6/1 period. Women who don't ovulate really don't get PMS. The presence of these symptoms indicated that you DID ovulate prior to the 6/21 period, and then had a period of a more normal duration with the 7/25 cycle. Normal is = 28-35 days. I state this because the second interval listed is actually considered normal.
While this may be of concern, I would not worry too much. If there is a desire for cycle regulation, then by all means discuss this with your doctor in terms of consideration of birth control pills.
If there are more questions, please ask. I wish you the best of luck!!

If the test right NOW is negative, then you are not pregnant. Given that the start of your last period was 7/25, though, and given how late the current one appears to be, it might be worth discussing this with your doctor.
Sometimes we use a short course of progesterone to "start" a period and then discuss better cycle regulation.
I hope this helps!!
