Hope your wife getting better

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thank you for your question and I hope I could be of help to you today.

Left upper breast acute pain can be caused from heartburn, heart attack, panic attack, and breast mass, muscle skeletal, ect. If she has Shortness of breath, chest pain more than a few mins, gets worse when walking, climbing stairs, or doing other types of physical activity you should bring her to see a doctor soon.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. If you have any more questions I am available to discuss them with you further. Wishing you good health.
