Hi XXXXXXX

Firstly, you work in the night shift. This itself is a stress to create the acidity problem. If it is possible, get into the day shift.

Second, you must make a timetable for yourself regarding your eating. You must eat at regular and frequent intervals.

You should not forget to drink more water at your work place and also at your home.

Eat more of fruits and vegetable salads instead of spicy and oily food.

You may want to take antacids like Pantoprazole for some time on empty stomach. This is a prescription drug. Please get it prescribed by your doctor.

Lastly, stay away from stress. Be relaxed, so that you remain peaceful and away from acidity.

Let me know if you have more concerns.

Regards,
