Suffering From Cold And Sneezing. Required Treatment?

Your cold seems to be due to allergy.
Please get your blood tested for eosinophil count (TEC & VEC), and if count is high, it is due to allergy. In that case you can get your allergy tested, so that you can take desensitization course.
Mean while avoid dust and can take one tablet of levoceterizine 5mg daily, & if symptoms are not controlled with one, take twice daily.
Take 1/2 tsf of turmeric powder mixed in warm milk daily morning and few petals of saffron (Kesar) with milk in the evening.

Generally it is not required for TEC & VEC, but some Lab of good reputation can ask for written prescription also. Please get the test done from a reliable lab only.
If count is high, it will be better to take further treatment under the guidance of an ENT specialist.
