Hello, XXXXXX,
I am very concerned that you are having diarrhea and constipation
along with left sided abdominal pains. Eventhough these sypmtoms
could mean "Diverticulitis XXXXXXX ,becuse of your age this is unlikely.
You mention about swollen lymph nodes but we need to know the
location. Cold and clammy feet and hands could be the result of
low blood count , being anemic. I would recommend that you have
your stool tested for hidden blood. I would also have you get a full
blood examination including CEA test . You may need a CT-Scan
of the abdomen and pelvis to get more insight. Is there a family history
of any colon cancer ?
Wish you well.

what other symtoms should i be looking for with colon cancer? also i have had a skin puncture biopsie done in my leg if i have any type of cancer would it come up in the results?
Hello, XXXXXX,
Glad to hear from you again. Advanced colon cancer symptoms
may include bleeding (Bloody stools) or signs of obstruction or
blockage with distension of the abdomen and inability to pass
stool and certainly weight loss and lack of appetite, weakness
all go along with it. Typically colon cancer spreads to the liver
and lymph glands inside the abdomen. Rarely it spreads to the
skin and shows up as nodule or small lumps. This is uncommon.
You need to have a colonscopy and consultation.
Wish you well.

ok so what cancers would should up in a skin test?
Hello, XXXXXX,
Most common reason they would biopsy a skin lesion
is a pigmented spot. The one that they look for is Melanoma
which could be deadly if not dignosed early ,treated properly
and can be cured. There are few other cancers that can show
up as skin lesions or bumps. Hope that answers your question.
