Please let me know since when do you have these symptoms and how bad is the fever?
Do you have runny nose. sore throat, difficulty breathing, chest pain etc?
For fever that is greater than 102f, you can take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg 3-4 times in a day to control it.
If you have runny nose that is bad, you can take Tab Cetirizine 5 mg bedtime for 2-3 days
You can additionally take chyawanprash to boost your immunity
