I understand your concern regarding hair loss.
Hair loss can be due to hormones problem, heredity, nutritional deficiency, drug related, chronic illness. Among these hormonal and heredity are two common cause in your age. We call it androgenetic alopecia or male pattern baldness.
First of all we have to find out the reason for hair loss and treat it accordingly.
I would like to have more information about your problem to help you more.

2) Is there any family history of hair loss?
3) Do you have dandruff or any scalp problem?
4) From which area you feel hair loss? I mean from front area only or from whole scalp?
5) Are you taking any other medicine right now?
Awaiting your response

You have family history and hair loss from front area. It is androgenetic alopecia.
Your hair loss is only 30-40 hair per days, which consider as normal. You need not to worry about it. In men there is loss of hair from front area in M shape.
- You can use minoxidil 5% solution (mintop forte or tugain) for prevention of further hair loss. It is safe and to be applied 1 ml twice a day.
- Regular exercise and yoga will help you.
- High protein diet like pulses is good for hair.
