Hairfall can be of many types and there are various factors that can lead to hairloss.
Androgenetic alopecia is the most common type of hair loss in young males, traction alopecia is caused by forceful combing and tying hair tightly.
Telogen effluvium occurs after a stressful event like typhoid, dieting etc and is usually reversible.
An examination and a detailed history can only be fruitful in reaching a diagnosis.
