Brief Answer:
Initial treatment is consevative ( non Operative)

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I have read the details and seen the report.
She has Mainly L4-5 Anterior Listhesis and disc dessication and protrusion
In my opinion and my practice , I start with pain killers, muscle relaxants , Neurotonic like pregabalin and Physiotherapy. In Physiotherapy Spinal Flexion muscle strengthening exercises are more helpful .
She may also need Lumbo sacral belt.
As far as yoga is concerned , spinal exercises may help.
Surgery is not required so frequently.
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.
Medicines are better told by nearby surgeon- who has better knowledge of locally available brands and patient's condition.
You can use Lumbo sacral belt for her daily activities.
Hope to hear good news soon.
Thanks
