Suffering From Neck Cervical Pain. Taking Treatment And Not Feeling Well. Suggest Effective Treatment?
Question: I am suffering from neck (Cervical) pain from last 6-8 months (approx), i am taking treatment from Sir XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hospital, New Delhi but still I am under treatment & not feeling well. Please suggest me an effective treatment for neck (Cervical) pain.
Hi Ms XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting your query.
It is unfortunate that you have not improved despite treatment at a good hospital.
We need to know the exact reason for your neck pain. The most common reason is cervical spondylosis and cervical disc disease. If you have an MRI report of cervical spine, please upload it.
As of now, you would benefit from physiotherapy and neck exercises.
Medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin are also useful.
I hope it helps. Please get back if you have any more queries.
Best wishes,

Hi XXXXXXX Ji,
Thank you for getting back with reports.
I could not find the MRI reports, probably it was not done.
Please follow the treatment advice which I suggested earlier.
