Suffering From Nerve Pinch Pain At The Whole Back Side Of The Neck And It Spreader Towards The Down
Question: Hi Doctor...This is XXXXXXX 27yrs old. I have been suffering from nerve pinch pain at the whole back side of the neck and it spreaded towards the down and towards the right hand also, it started 3 days ago and I have used 2 dolo kind plus tablets on first day, still it didn't get reduced so took the medicine from near by pharmacy yesterday not sure about the name. But, I still didn't get any recovery instead it spreaded in more region today. Please explain the reason for the pain, medicine and home remedies too

Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through your query . It looks like a slip disc though that is confirmed only by a MRI of whole spine. Meanwhile, I would suggest you the following medicines.
Tab. Etoricoxib 90 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days after food
Tab. Nusaid P 0-0-1 for 5 days after food.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day for 30 days.
Hot fomentation and Volini gel for local application.
Avoid bending, lifting heavy weights, squatting and sitting on floor till pain reduces.
If pain still persists, can get physiotherapy done with IFT and Ultrasonic massage for 10 days.
