Suffering From Premature Ejaculation. Sperms Comes Out Of Vagina. Any Solutions?
Question: My pennies is 4in long and while having sex my sperm comes out very quickly and the size of the pennies reduces .my partner is not able to get pregnent

See, the size of penis is very variable. A 4 inch long penis is not considered to be abnormal & alone cannot be blamed as a cause of infertility.
I suggest that if you as a couple have problem conceiving you should see a fertility specialist for full investigations & appropriate advise rather than blaming yourself.

Thanks for the quick answer mam ,but the problem is while having sex the sperm comes out within 1-2minutes and after pushing the pennies gets smaller and when the sperm comes out it does not stay in the vergina it comes out of it.con we try some method of having sex and also I am a fatty person with weist of 38 inches .kindly suggest

Normal semen contains millions of sperms & just one sperm is enough for a pregnancy to occur. Even if some of the ejaculate comes out I am sure some of it stays behind. After ejaculation penis looses its erection & becomes smaller this is quite normal & happens to everyone. If you think that nothing actually enters vagina & all of it spills outside then you certainly need help. There are many techniques that can help like Intrauterine insemination where husbands sperms are artificially introduced into the womb & In-vitro fertilization. These can be helpful in your case. But, I will stress again that optimal method for you as a couple can only be suggested after a full evaluation only.
Being obese is not a good sign & you must try to reduce your weight.

Does any thing depend on the quality of sperm.my sperm is little bit like gelly and is tight in nature.kindly suggest me ways to improve the quality of my sperm and also we use Vaseline while having sex for the pennies to go smoothly

The quality of the sperm is important. The only definitive way to find out the quality of the sperm is a semen analysis which is done at most good labs. Please get this done from a local lab. You will need to abstain from sexual intercourse for 2-4 days .
Using vaseline should not be a problem.
