Brief Answer:
Eye redness seems due to pterygium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Redness in eye seems to be a long term condition and due to pterygium. It can be left alone or an eye surgeon may attempt to remove it, if it has started affecting vision.

Sinus pain could be due to sinusitis.

For sinusitis, my suggestion is mentioned here:
- Tab Cetrizine 5 mg
- Gargle with warm water plus some salt in it twice a day for 3 days
- Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg

This should help. Let me know if I can assist you further.
