Hello again,
Thanks for follow up.

Some people have many wrong ideas about semen loss by masturbation or wet dreams - that it causes ill effects on health like nervous weakness, reduced energy, etc or sexual problems like impotence in the future. All this is not true and these are just myths and misconceptions. It do not affect body weight or energy level. After marriage people do sex several times a day, but they do not feel tired or loose weight.

If you are having excessive anxiety and worry regarding your sexual functioning, then it will cause physical weakness due to somatic symptom of stress. Above mentioned all steps will help you to overcome wet dreams within few months.

Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when ejaculation time is less than 3 Min during sex, or both partners are not satisfied with sex. It is not diagnosed for masturbation. In long term kegel exercise increases ejaculation time.

•     Take healthy diet. Incorporate diet with fat, meat, eggs, rice and Dal. Never miss your food.

•     It is better to maintain diet chart by simply daily food intake items in diary. Also calculate your calorie intake (take help of net to calculate calorie of individual food article) from that diary and take around 3000 k cal per day.

•     Eat at least 2 banana and drink 1 glass of milk daily.
