Detailed Answer:
Hey,
Thanks for posting on this forum.
A diet high in refined carbohydrates, low in fiber and depleted of whole grains and fresh fruit and veg can contribute to inflammation and hemorrhoids. A lack of nutrients that support healthy vascular function can increase your risk for as well as severity of hemorrhoids.
From a dietary perspective alone, several factors increase one’s risk of hemorrhoids
A low fiber diet
A diet high in refined carbs and animal products(chicken and fish)
A diet low in essential fats especially Omega 3 fats.
A diet low in micro minerals including zinc and chromium.
High alcohol intake
Obesity or overweight.
constipation and impacted feces are linked to a higher incidence of hemorrhoids because of increased abdominal and colonic pressure during the elimination process. A diet high in fruits and vegetables and whole grains including a good dose of raw fruits and veg on a daily basis.A diet high in refined carbs has much or all of the fiber removed or destroyed along with micronutrients like zinc and chromium needed for vascular health. A diet high in animal foods can be low in fiber, because animal foods lack fiber. As well, an excess of refined foods, including added sugars as in sodas and baked goods are fiber and nutrient depleted as well as inflammatory.
Thanks.
I start my day having a cup of black tea and then in office I take bread for break fast & lunch and once I come back from office in the evening, I take rice with either Fish or Chicken.
At night, before going to bed, I take banana and apple.
Above mentioned is my daily routine. Is it OK?

Hi again,
Yes, it's okay.
But try to avoid excessive use of spices.
Try to add things I advised earlier in your food plan gradually.
Thanks.
welcome
