Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and undersatnd your concerns.
Pregnancy is a physiological state with high metabolic demands. The diet should be well balanced and nutritious containing high protein(egg, soyabean, pulses) , fruits, milk. Frequent food intake.
Physiological changes in body are many during pregnancy like weight gain. abdominal enlargement, breast enlargement.
Be in follow up of a obstetrician for proper guidance and examinations from time to time.
Antiemetic tablets should be taken as minimum as possible. Take small frequent diet. avoid tea and coffee .
Get some walking in home after taking food.
