5'6' weight 164. Not allergic but some foods I have eliminated because upsetting stomach: corn, seeds, chili, Mexican food even with mild spices, alcohol;I love coffee I drink it with 1 gram sugar lactose free milk. I want and do drink coffee all day with lots of water. I was asked today by Doctor to stop smoking because of acid reflux is getting worse.

EARLY MORNING
A glass of plain lukewarm water followed by a pro biotic drink
BREAKFAST
Oats with water – 1cup topped with ½ banana + 2 boiled egg whites

Multigrain bread – 2 slices + Scrambled egg whites -½ cup

Blueberry pancake with multigrain flour and soy milk – 2

Wheat toast with peanut butter – 2 slices + Poached egg -1
MID MORNING

· Do not hurry into your food, take time and eat thoughtfully. Chewing the food properly improves the digestion time as the breakdown of carbohydrates begins in the mouth.
· Try to eat at about the same time each day, and never overload your stomach. Avoid on-the-run eating (or over-the-kitchen-sink) eating. Think of these healthy habits as time invested in training the digestive system.
· Avoid foods that contain additives, as these are found to interfere with the normal digestion process. Simple homemade food should always be preferred over the junk food.
· Limit the intake of resistant starches, like raw banana, sweet corn, dried pasta and muesli without XXXXXXX These starches are not digested completely and cause gas and bloating, upon reaching the bowl.
