Brief Answer:
Please see a psychiatrist along with your husband

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. From the available description it appears that you have psychological distress due to fear of first time sex and unable to do it due to anticipated fear. It is also possible that when you tried you developed involuntary contraction of outer vagina making it impossible to have penetrative sex.

I understand your demand of good medicine but the issue is psychological and that need to be addressed. You can visit a psychiatrist along with your husband so he doctor can counsel you and educate you about the normal anatomy and physiology of sex. If you happen to be from western XXXXXXX I will be glad to assist you.

I must inform you that medicine is not solution and only counseling is the best modality of treatment in your case.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Medicine are not effective in this condition

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

I think already emphasized the fact that medicines are not effective in this condition. What I can suggest you to do following things if you are unable to see a psychiatrist.
1. Try to masturbate yourself before you see your husband. After application of Ky gelly first use one finger and subsequently two fingers once there is lubrication.

2. During encounter with your husband extend your foreplay as far as possible. Do not think of penetrative sex before you are comfortable with your body and foreplay.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards
