Brief Answer:
Needs a little effort to find the economic pharmacy.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dose of 60 mg is enough sometimes but if not responding ot the symptoms one can increase it to 90 or 120 maximum and no more.

I am sorry for the issues you face due to insurance exhaustion. I would advised try different pharmacies and see if they can help. Canada center pharmacy is one economic i know. They can provide you one month prescription of 60 mg duloxetine at 43 bucks only. Cymbalta is more economic than duloxetine brand. Both have the same duloxetine in it.
Have a look and see if it helps your budget.

Discuss it with different pharmacists and lets see if any one can come up with more economic solution.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
