2) I understand it is difficult to find easily and commonly.

3) One of brands you can find is Tablet by name Metafolin. You can try to find in stores.

This has only three components.
Please tell about multivitamin which has all the other components like Vit C, Zinc, Magnesium etc etc.
But definitely it should not contain synthetic form of folic acid. If it is without folic acid also, it is fine.

I ll compensate this missing component of L Methylfolate in the above prenatal with Metafolin.

Please advice.

It is difficult to find the multivitamin without folic acid.

You need to take zinc , vitC and Magnesium separately.
