Question : Hello doctor,
I have been getting lot of sweat in the sexual area because of which itching is there. If sweat is not there then no itching only in case of sweating itching is happening.
Please advise something to reduce itching and sweating.

Hello,

You may use an antifungal absorbant powder e.g clotrimazole dusting powder, 2-3 times a day, specially in the groin folds. It would absorb excess sweat as well as keep the area dry and calm.
